Help with Player

First, the facts...

Our player is provided by jetcast.com.  It is not exotic.  It is Windows Media Player wrapped in the jetcast skin.  It is activated by a javascript.

Your first step is to install the jetcast plug-in.  It is completely safe and has no adware or spyware.  It has been downloaded and installed over 40 million times.

Browsers:

Firefox is growing in popularity.  It is touted as not having the security issues that Internet Explorer (IE) has.  What they do not tell you is that it also does not have near the functionality of IE.  It is somewhat crippled and simply cannot handle some of the more important features of the internet...unless you download all the Firefox plug-ins and install them.  Even then, it lacks full functionality.  But when you install all the plug-ins, you have essentially made it into IE. 

The jetcast plug-in will work with some versions of FireFox.  The latest version, however, is unstable and usually will not allow the player to work.  Older versions of FireFox do seem to work fairly well with the player.

Operating Systems

The jetcast player is designed for use with Windows.  It does not work with a Mac system.
