| Did you download and install the plug-in? It is certified and contains no spyware or adware. You must install the JetCast plug-in in order for the player to work.
The plug-in works with all windows versions except for Vista. If you are using Vista, you have our sympathies. It is, at present, one of the worst operating systems ever invented and not supported by many of the major software developers. You may be able to get the player to work with Vista, and you may not. If you are using Windows (except for Vista) and still cannot get the player to work, you may need to check your firewall settings and allow or unblock the player. It is possible that you may be behind a proxy server. If so, you will have to get the Administrator to allow you to receive streaming audio. |
