Can I cancel my subscription to the Members Area if I want to?


Yes. We hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel your subscription, it is as easy as clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button on the very same page where you subscribed.

Once in a while, we get an e-mail from someone who says, "You guys charged me for another month of Members Area and I didn't authorize it".

Pardon us for being accurate, but yes you did. If you had taken time to read the Membership Subscription Page when you subscribed, it clearly states that the subscription will automatically renew UNLESS you cancel your subscription. The button for cancelling your subscription is right there in front of your eyes on that page.

Sending us an e-mail demanding or requesting that we cancel your subscription will not get it done. Why? Because we cannot. You purchased your subscription through PayPal. You used your credit card or bank account information to do that. It is your information and we do not, never have had, and do not want access to your financial information. That was done by you at PayPal. ONLY YOU can cancel your subscription. Read above. YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE SAME PAGE where you subscribed and click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button in order to instruct PayPal to stop your subscription. It is easy, simple, painless, and quick, but only you can do it.

All complaints of fraud are rigorously contested--and we win--because we are absolutely open and honest with you about automatic renewals and how to cancel your subscription. When we win, we do not refund. Simply cancel your subscription using the buttons we supply and all is well.
